Kourtney Kutscher is a highly experienced soccer player and coach with a successful career both on the field and on the sidelines. As a former player for San Diego Surf, Cal State University Northridge (Division 1),Chicago Red Stars, and IFK Vastaras Sweden, Kourtney brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her coaching role.

During her collegiate career, Kourtney was a key player for CSUN, helping lead the team to a conference championship as captain and earning First Team All-Conference honors. Her professional experience in both the United States and Sweden has given her a unique perspective on the game and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels.

In addition to her playing career, Kourtney has been coaching high school and club soccer since 2013. She has worked with JV and Varsity teams at Sierra Canyon, View Point, and Golden Valley High School, helping develop young players and guiding them to success on and off the field. Currently, Kourtney is a coach for the Beach Futbol Club's ECNL-RL 2010 and 2007 teams, where she continues to share her passion for the game and mentor the next generation of soccer players.

Krystal Kutscher is a highly experience soccer player and coach with a successful career in the sport, spanning from her youth through her professional and coaching career. As a former player for Southwest Soccer Club, San Diego Surf Soccer Club, Cal State LA, Cal State University Northridge (Division 1), and Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) Teams, FC Tucson and Beach FC WPSL, 

With over a decade of coaching experience, Krystal  has made significant contributions to the development of young soccer talent and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Coastal Futbol Consulting. Krystal has coached at various levels, including youth club soccer, high school soccer, junior college, and currently coaches  youth soccer at Beach FC as a coach for the ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) and ECRL (Elite Clubs Regional League) girls' teams for G2007, G2011, and G2012.

Krystal's extensive experience as both a player and a coach has allowed her to establish a strong network of connections with college coaches at various levels and acquire invaluable insights into the collegiate soccer landscape.  This network, combined with her coaching experience and comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment process equips her with the expertise, perspective, and connections  to help  athletes through every step of their journey, from skill development to fulfilling their dream of playing  soccer at the collegiate level.

Manuel Ortiz Jr. is a highly experienced soccer coach, referee and administrator with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. He holds a US Soccer National “B” license, a United Soccer National License and CONCACAF coaching license. He has also served as head coach for ODP as well as head coach for various soccer clubs in North Texas and Florida. He is a member of the United Soccer Coaches Association and has been a regular speaker at the Annual Coaches Convention since 1994.

In addition to his coaching experience, Manuel is highly respected as a coaching referee administrator. He has been an NCAA Soccer Assignor for 35 years, working with over thirteen D1 and D2 conferences. Manuel has also held the position of CONCACAF Manager of Referees as well as Conmebol Copa America Manager of Referees. He is co-founder of Elite College Soccer Referees (ECSR), which currently assigns over 32 college soccer conferences in the United States. He also serves as a referee evaluator for the NWSL Washington Spirit.

With his extensive knowledge, expertise, and relationships with over 250 college soccer programs, Manuel is a respected figure in the soccer community. He currently resides in Florida with his wife Sherry and continues to live out his passion working in soccer.
